J. Louis is ABD in a Doctorate (EdD) in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development (HRD / OD), from NOVA Southeastern University. All But Dissertated, J. Louis offers experience beyond Talent Acquisition in On-boarding, Return On Investment (ROI), Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), CRM, Diversity, Growth, Integration, Recruiting Outsourcing (RPO), Performance, and Sustainability. J. Louis has a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Mercy College and a Bachelor’s in Pre-Law from Binghamton University.
